Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Kansas
i recieved an eviction notice on the ninth of november. my contract states that on the sixth i will be charged lates fees and every day thereafter. I only owe 109 dollars for november. Can legally be given a three day notice?

The three day notice is the precursor of an eviction suit. But, if you ar ecurrent on your renatal debt, the court will not enter a money judmgment agaisnt you, and your landlord will likley not go through with the suit.
