Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Kansas
I am renting an apartment by myself and am not required a co-signer due to my level of income and credit score. I am about to get married and the apartment management company said that my wife is not allowed to move in without a co-signer because she is a college student. Are they allowed to deney my wife from living with me?

They may not accept her as a lessee. But, they should accept you as a consignor. Perhaps your wife can move in as tour guest, without being a lessee.
As long as your rent is current, and you haven't violated any other terms of your lease, I don't any Judge that would evict you for having your wife live with you.
See you sure you want to keep living in this place?
