Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Kansas

I am renting the same apartment for five years and want to renew the lease by the end of Nov. The manager is running a special for Nov. "$250 gets you in". I asked her if that could apply to me. She said it only applies to new tenants who sign a lease in Nov. Is that not discrimination and do I have any recourse? Thank you.

As lomg as they are not seperating who can get the deal or not, based upon race, creed, or the other proscribed criteria, there appears to be no bar to a landlord making an offer to new customers (renters) only.
