Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Kansas
I was sued by a tenant and his wife, but she isn't involved with the dispute while my husband was. I filed my answer without correcting this. Is there anyway to remove her and/or add him to the case

It you were sued, yiu are the defendant. If the Plaintiffs failed to add a necessary defendant, you can file a Motion to have him added, or sue him as a subrogation of your possible debt to the tenants. You did not going enough facts to give you any suggestions as to how to remive the female plsuntiff. You need to consult directly with a civil practice attorney in your area. Allie then ti see all the relevant documents, and you questions. Do this very soon, and before you lose your opportunity to protect your bedt interests
Good luck
