Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Kansas
wage garnishment after Small Claims
I am a landlord that won small claims case againsta tenant. He did not pay, so the wage garnishment papers have been served to his employer. Debtor has been suspended from work until this matter is cleared up - wants to make payments to me. Can I have the court set aside the garnishment order for one year?
