Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Kansas

We live in Ks..we have this social worker asking us to do a pee drug test or she is threaten we will have to go to court.we have a past but because of it she just wants to.what are my rights and no,I don't want to go to court.

Unless there is some other case you are involved in, you have no obligation to provide urine, or Abby other fluid. However, there may be some government benefits that require drug testing
