Legal Question in Personal Injury in Kansas
Accidents on Personal Property
If I prepare a form that states:that if signed by a parent or guardian, I am released of responsibility or liability in case of accident or injury involving a trampoline on my property, would it prevent my being sued if an accident involving someone did occur?
Is there a legal release form that could be used instead. I learned that accidents on trampolines are not covered by homeowners policies in the state of Kansas.

While you draft such a waiver, I suggest that you pay an attorney to do it for you. There are "magic" words in law which you should be aware of which carry a special legal connotation. Your potential liability for injury is great, the cost for such a waiver is not.
