Legal Question in Personal Injury in Kansas

I was in McDonald's on 2/28/11 and went to the bathroom that is inside the playland room and there was a loose tile on the floor and I tripped and fell up against the wall...later 30 minutes went to the emergency room and fould out I had a server sprain ankle. Risk called me today and asked for my statement and told them just like it happened and they will be getting back with me about liability of McDonald's. Her tune changed when she fould out I took Pictures of the cracked and raised tile in the bathroom that I fell on.
