Im looking for an apartment to rent in Amsterdam on line , and I Received an e-mail from a Swedish guy who said he has a place to rent in amsterdam I e-mailed him back and I told him that Im intersted in the place he told me that I have to send him the money now before I arrive to amsterdam but I was afraid that it will all turn out as fraud, he sent me the TENANCY AGREEMENT with his signatur and a Witness signatur and his passport copy and a letter of guarantee signed by him ...my qustion is shoul I trust him?? and is it safe??

To answer both of your questions: No and No. I am seeing more and more fraudulent and forged documents online. Never pay in advance for an apartment until you have had a chance to examine it and to be sure that the person who you are paying is the actual owner or landlord of the property.
