Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Kansas

I lived with someone in her home and purchased a refrigerator. We have now separated and she says it was a gift to the home and doesn't have to return it. I have paid the payments because she couldn't. Who does it belong to?

Who owns the refrigerator depends upon the purpose for the purchase, and the rental agreement between you two.
