Unfortunatley your matter is a bvery fact specific one, and you have been unable to provide enough relevant facts for a thorough reponse. The best repsonse you can get right now is "it depends" or "maybe". Perhaps if you repost giving more specifi cfacts about yoru situation, such as what you mean when you say "name on property" and Property..was given" Apprently there wa smobiel home that was devised to someon through a testamentary instrument upon the death of the owner. That can have too many variables to guess at what information you need. If you choose not to repost. I suggest you consult directly with a civil practice or probate attorney in your area. Many offer a free or low cost initial consultation.

Good luck
