Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Kansas
Someone purchased a two vehicle for me and my daughter he took them both back once he realized I did not want a relationship with him. I have voicemails stating that I could keep my car but he recently had a change of heart and wants it back. My daughters car was given to her as a Christmas gift. Is there anything I can do

If the vehicles are in your or your daughter's name, you can probably get one or both cars back. If they were just in his name, you may have blown a good thing. Apparently, the gifts were contingent upon a relationship between you two. You may have to show another reason for such lavish gifts.
Good luck
