Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Kansas
We have a renter in another state who has not met our requirements. We have no lease with him. He merely married someone we rented to, and she died. Our main complaint is that he has stored junked cars on the property. We've written him letters seven years ago asking that he remove them. Recently we gave him a sixty day notice to do so or be evicted. Now that we're ready for the eviction, what plan of action do we need to take to make sure he stays off the property and gets all his junked cars and trailers off in a timely fashion?
