I am asking my girlfriend to move out of the home. My name is the sole name on the loan. I am also the sole provider of the 20% down payment made 6 months ago. Both our names are on the deed to the home, but she never signed anything. What are my rights in evicting her if she won't go? What are her rights?

If she will deed her interest to you, the eviction process may be simple. If not, then you may have to buy her interest to get her out, absent domestic abuse allegations.
