Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Kansas

my son got deed to my parents home 1 year ago and property by quite possibly an illegal deed my property sits directly behind the aforesaid property and since 1951 has shared a common driveway ,y son is now blocking off my access to my property denying me access and exit. he has been told by the police prior that he cannot block the shared drive yet he continues to do so what can i do to not be held hostage this in in kansas

Sadly, you may have to sue to have teh court judically acknowledge your easement. Or, you may have to reconciel with your Son to the point where he will allow or rent you access.
