Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Kansas

sexual harassment in Kansas

My daughter has been continuously

tormented by boys at her school.

This has been going on for five years

and the school does nothing. It

ranges from asking her, ''how big is

your dick'' to writing dyke on her car

or threatening to jumping her or

even saying that its okay that she go

ahead and die. These are only a few

and they range from being said to

her on the internet or yelling it as

she passes by. We only have some

printed from the internet

conversations because she only

recently told me. This has sent my

daughter into stages of depression.

Since the school won't do anything is

there anything we can do legally? If

needed I could tell you all the things

that has happened, i really don't

quite know how this works but

please help us.
