Can a kansas judge order me to refile taxes with my husband? we have been seperated since 5/2009 and divorce hearing was 11/21/2011. I filed my taxes because he has not filed 08,09 and 2010.

This is partly a divorce law question - what can a judge in the divorce matter require the parties to do, which I am afraid I cannot answer myself. The other part is a tax question, and I think that filing separately is the way to go to avoid problems of non-filing mentioned. Without more facts than those provided, I am sorry I cannot be more specific.
