Legal Question in Traffic Law in Kansas
i got arrested for a speeding ticket, didn't have a license so the cop arrested me BUT he didn't read me my miranda rights? can they throw out my case because of that?

Probably not. The lack of miranda warning, comes into play if you made a confession after being arrested.
