Legal Question in Traffic Law in Kansas
Car accident
I was in an accident where another vehicle swerved into my lane but did not hit my car. Can this phantom vehicle be held responsible for damages if I have their information?

Re: Car accident
If the actions of the other driver casued damages, they may be liable for those damages. There a many variables, that require many facts to answer your question clearly. But, it is not required that the vehicles actually collide for one's negligence be the cause of another's damges. It would be a tough case to prove, but not impossible.
Good Luck
