Legal Question in Traffic Law in Kansas
car title
I sold my car without switching names on the title because I cant find it. Will I be held responsible if they get pulled over for no car insurance or driving without a license or something to that extent, since the car is still in my name?

Re: car title
You are potentially at risk for getting parking tickets at the least, and perhaps moving violations if the driver does not tell the officer that they bought the car from you. Perhaps you should fiel arequest for aduplicate title so that you can get it signed over to them.
Good Luck
