Legal Question in Traffic Law in Kansas
I was in a car wreck. My insurance had lapsed so I was not covered. I was found to be at fault with the wreck. Do I have any rights? The wreck happened in MO but I live in KS.

If you believe that you were not the one at fault, you may sue the other driver for your damages. If you were at fault, you may defend yourself, or sue to contest the suspension of your license. You may be able to file fur bankruptcy protection from having to pay for the other people(s) damages,(if you weren't intoxicated.)
Good luck
