Legal Question in Traffic Law in Kansas
caught riding a motorcycle without a M class license
Was wandering what the consequences are for riding a motorcycle without the proper license. I was ticketed for it. I wasn't ticketed for anything else. The officer took me to jail. I wasn't booked, I just received a copy of the ticket, with no fine.

The amount of the fine, and the amount to have it reduced to a non-moving violation depend upon where you got the ticket. A city violation is different than a ticket from a deputy, except in certain uniform fine counties. Where did you get the ticket?
