Legal Question in Traffic Law in Kansas
Take it to court?
I was tagged going 44 in a 35 zone. However, when I saw the cop, I looked at my speed and was going no more than 38. This is the first speeding ticket I've had, and I want to know if I should go to court and what I should do if I go to court. Simply put, what should be my next step?

Hire an attorney, try to negotiate a plea with the prosecutor by yourself, or pay the fine. 38 mph is still speeding in a 35 mph zone.
Good Luck
