Legal Question in Traffic Law in Kansas
I let a friend use my car and she decided to drink and drive and then flee from the cops. She got into a big wreck. If my insurance denies the claim due to the dui and felony fleeing, is she the only one with financial responsibility to the other cars involved, or as the owner of the car, am I responsible too?

If there was a basis for saying you ought not have let her use the car, you may have liability. This may also be true if your car was in disrepari. But, as a permissive user of the vehicle, your "friend' is probably the only liable person. If the other driver(s) sue you, your insurer should provide defense counsel for you.
Good luck
