As you have an attorney, no one here can give you contrary advice. While it is possible that you will do some jail time. Ranging from two days to six months, it is not a foregone certainty. The likelihood of more than a weekend, is determined by which court you are in, and the particular facts of your case. If this is not your first driving while suspended, the jail time will possibly be more.
Good luck
