Legal Question in Traffic Law in Kansas
I manage a movie theatre and my parking lot connects two streets pretty much, so I get lots of traffic tearing up my parking lot and I was almost ran over by a car speeding through my lot. I have been putting up yellow tape blocking it off but people drive through it. What kind of extremes can I go to, to save me and my employees� lives from these careless drivers?

The owners of the property might think about having a speed bump installed. This might need to be coordianted through your or county. If you wish to block off one of the entrances to your lot, you might run a visual chain across the entrance.
