Legal Question in Traffic Law in Kansas
The way my motorcycle is set up, it is legal in the state where I live and the bike is tagged and registered. Is it legal then in every state regardless of that states laws being different?

The vehicle remains a registered vehicle, and you will not have to reregister it in every state you cross. But, the configuration may not pass muster in each state. You may legally posess the vehicle in all fifty states, but you may not be able to drive it in all of them, without getting ticketed.
Good luck
