Legal Question in Traffic Law in Kansas
How can i protect myself from husband who has a suspended license but continues to drive a car with insurance in my name?

Your posting is a bit unclear. Do you mean that he is driving a car that only you own and are insured on? Or, do you mean that you pay the premiums on the policy that covers you both, on s vehicle that you both own? Probably the nest way to protect your personal assets is to make sure that he is covered under the policy. That is the case whether his license is suspended or not. If he is also a joint owner of the vehicle, you may be a little better protected, in case he causes an accident. Otherwise, you might be charged for negligent entrustment (allowing him to driv your car) depending upon the reason his license was suspended. You might also help him get his license reinstated. The other obvious section would be to drive your husband where he needs to go.
