Revoked

We were stopped and I was ticked for revoked license they called in my husbands and it was also revoked for a acedent we don't know when or why he has never been in one I have so that is why mine is revoked can they hold mine against his license or my daughters she was also in an acendent.

If your husband was not a driver in the accident, his license should not be revoked. If you and yoru daughter were negligent in an accident that caused damage or harm to another, and you did not have insurance, then your license will likely remain revoked until you either pay for the damages or file bankruptcy, if teh injured party (or their insurance conmpany) requested your license be revoked. If it was the state that revoked your license for violations, then you need to get a copy of your driving records to see when you are eligible to reinstate your license.
