Legal Question in Traffic Law in Kansas
What if I did not sign the ticket, do I still have to pay it?
I was driving on and got caught speeding 84 in a 70. I have the top of the line radar detector and it did not go off at all. After the officer pulled me over he issued the speeding ticket but did not have me sign it. I was wondering if I was obligated to pay the ticket even though I did not acknowledge that he had issued the ticket. Please help!

There have been many people that have refused to sign a ticket. That did not invalidate their ticket. The lack of signature on yours will not invalidate it either. It is merely a fact that the citing officer will have to show in Court. If you need representation on the ticket, you may email me directly.
