Legal Question in Traffic Law in Kansas
My son went to Kansas to visit friends over the weekend. He was pulled over for reckless driving. He passed a sobriety test. He was issued a minor consumption violation. Does he need a lawyer to represent him in court? What is the most common sentence? Can they revoke his license if he is from another state? If he has to do community service, can he do it where he lives?

If he hasn't already, your Son should consult directly with abdfense attorney. The conditions of a plea agreement vary based upon the jurisdiction, and the facts.
Good luck
