Legal Question in Traffic Law in Kansas
My first speeding ticket
I'm 34 and received my first speeding ticket going 70 in a 45 on the edge of town. I go to court tomorrow. What should I ask for: a reduction in speed or deferral?

The answer to your question varies upon what jurisdiction your case is in. Were you pulled over by a Policeman, deputy, or highway patrolman? Where were you when you were pulled over? Were you in a construction zone? Where are you scheduled to be in Court?
Good Luck,
