Legal Question in Traffic Law in Kansas
I got a ticket a year ago for having expired insurance in my vehicle and we did not know that because it was coming.out of are saving account and then come to find out it was expired and know I am going to court on this matter because we thought that we paid the ticket and I just find out the my license was supinded and when I went to court on the 20th of December I was told to pled gilt to this and all I would have to do is pay the fine and I would be apply to get my licenceback but te city prosecutor said that she would supinded it for a second time what should I do when I go back to court thursday

It is unclear who or why someone told you to just plead guilty. You need to consult directly with a traffic defense attorney your area. A suspended license conviction can snowball into morre problrms
