My name is on the title to a car I do not own nor do i drive. should I be worried about any liability issues? If so, How do I get my name off the title without cooperation from the owner.

If your name is on the title, you may be a partial or complete owner of the vehicle. As such, you may be able to transfer the title to the person that you believe to be the true owner. As a titled owner, you are liable for taxes and could be liable for a hit and run accident, if such occurs.
Good luck
