Legal Question in Traffic Law in Kansas
I have trafficcourt coming up very soon and i was charged with driving while suspended I was wanting to know if there is any way possible that I would be eligble for the SR-22 permit I need help

Without knowing the facts surrounding yrou driving whiel supended charge, it is impossible to predict your outcome. If you can get your license reinstated, the prosecutor (depending upon what jurisdiction this is in) may agree to an amended plea that would not get your license automatically resuspended. It does tno seem that and SR-22 will prevent your supension, but could likely be a condition of a probation agreement.
If you have not already secured counsel, you probahbly should.
