Legal Question in Traffic Law in Kansas
I have traffice tickets from the late 90's in Sedgwick Co. Kansas.
I have traffic tickest from the late 90's in Sedgwick Co. Kansas. I now live in PA and it is not possible for me to appear in person to take care of these old tickets. What can I do?

An attorney could probably arrange for you to appear by affidavit. The court would probably allow for the warrants to be recalled and plea bargains reached. This would keep the points from going on your driving record and would clear things up.
