Re: vehicle accident

If your lawyer has determined that there is no insurance policy by which the other peron can be cvered, then I will not dispute that without any facts to disagree. Perhaps you insurance policy will cover yoru damages, if the other driver is not insured. Perhaps a court will ldetermien that there was coverage under the other policy. If they did nto steal the car, then they might be covered, although they are not named in the policy.

Ask your attorney what they have doen to dispute the no-coverage statemetn from the insurer. did they ask a court to make a determination of coverage?

Ask your attorney if your insurance policy will cover yrou losses. It may take some digging and prodding, but they may yet fidn soem coverage for you.

Even if thereis not coverage, and you opt not to gforgive the other driver, you should obtain a judgment for your damages. The state may suspend the other driver's license until they make and keep arrangements to pay you the judgment. that suspension should carry to other states that the other driver moves to.

If you determine that your attorney is not woring on yrou case hard enough, or is not being forthright with you, you may obtain other counsel. Before you do that, I suggest you tell your attonrey what you are contemplating and give them an opportunity to change or better explain the process to you.

Good Luck
