Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kansas
If my biological father, denied me as a child. Never provided any financial assistance, upon his death can I sue his estate for assets?
Considering that he knew I was his child, and if he later married a woman not my birth mother and fathered 3 additional child, would I have any rights/legal recourse to his estate?

Based upon what you described, you may have a legitimate claim to your father's decadent estate. You may have to prove paternity. You should consult directly with a probate attorney, in your area, very soon.
Good luck
