Contingency attorney

A family member is suing an aunt's trust, claiming money is owed to him. Can you give me names of attorneys in Kansas who will defend the trust on a contingency basis?

It is unlikely that you will find an attorney to defend a claim against a trust on a contingent fee basis. It may be unethical for an attorney to even enter such an arrangment. Most likely the trustee will be able to use trust funds to pay the legal fees of defending the suit.
