Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kansas

How can i get a copy of someones will and how do i find specifics on my trust fund and what it consists of

If the Will has been admitted for Probate, you may obtain a copy from the COunty Court house. As for a trust, you may able to get copy form the turstee ro finaincial insituation that holds the funds. If you are a minor, you may have to get an adult to get these for you. If the Trustee or financial institution is reluctant to relase copy of the trust, you may have to employ legal counsel to get if for you.
