Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kansas

my father bought me a house before he passed away and he put it in a trust,well when he died his wife kicked me out of the house and took it out of the trust and deeded it to her self. what would be the reason why she would do that? and how do i find out if my name is in the trust when she wont let me look at it?

It sounds like you may need to file suit to challange the transfer of the house out of the trust. You did not indicate "how" she kicked you out. If she did by an eviction action through the court, you may have a rough time undoing that. Without knowing anyting about the trust or how the transfer was done, it is impossible for anyone here to guess at what happended. You should see local counsel in person to go over what documents you do have, to see what can be done. Many attorneys offer a free or low cost initial consultation. You should act quickly. If she sells the house, you may not be able to do anything.
