Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kansas
My father passed away last month and did not have enough time to get everything needed in order, before he passed we were able to get Finacial POA, a transfer on death dead, and not too much more than that, now alot of places, like the bank, need executive of estate forms. Is there a way around that? or How do I get those forms?

Hopefully, yoru attorney has explained that the POA appoinment ended at the time of death. The Probate Court in the county where your father lived may be able to provide some of the forms for you. But, you may wish to consult direclty with a probate attorney prior to completing them. Many attornyes offer a free or low cost initial consultation.
Good luck
