Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kansas

Is it good to have more than one child have Power of Attorney in the family. We have 3 children.

My wife and I are in our 80,s.

There are advantages to have one or more children as attorney(s) in fact. There is no information here to indicate whether you should. However, many couples name one or more children to be attorney for one parent and the other child(ren) for the other parent, so as to smooth out any resentment.
