Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kansas
My grandfather passed away and was to leave me a classic car. However, he never put this into a will. My mother is the executor of his estate, but has 3 other siblings. Would she be able to sell the car to me? Or would this be a conflict?

Depending upon whether your greatest her grandfather had a Will, and the traditional e of debts to assets that he left, the personal representative may be able to sell the car to you. If all the heirs agree that he intended to give you the car, you might not have to pay the estate for it. But, ifyour Mom is the PR, she remains liable for any wrongdoing when it comes to handling the estate assets, especially transferring them to her children.
Good luck
