Getting home in my name
My father passed away June of 2007. The home was part of a trust and I am executer of the estate. How do I get the home put in my name?

Are you the executor of the will or the successor trustee? The successor trustee of the trust should execute a deed transferring the property from the ownership of the trust to you, assuming the trust named you as beneficiary of the home.
