Did you know this deceased person? This sounds like a very common intenet ploy or scam. They want you to open a bank account so that they can take out credit in your name, charge up a large debt, and leave you with the bill. You should report this solicitation to the KS attorney general's office immediately. You may also see about filing a complaint with authorities in the UK. Givem teh name this supposed solicitor used, and any identifying numbers or names from teh "doacuemtns" you recieved.

Good Luck
