living trust

I want to download a living trust kit and i don't know which one to order: Married Couple only or Married Couple with children. My children are married and will be the beneficiaries.

Probably either one will get your heirs or spouse to an attorney when it blows up. Beware of using online kits without specific consultation with an attorney, that is specific to your situation. It could cost you much more later, and not provide the prtoection for your assets that you seek.
