mom passed, left all to step dad

My mother passed away October 2000. She left all her assets to my step father. He has made me, his step daughter, beneficiary to on an insurance policy, POD account, and money market accounts. Will his biological children be able to claim any of this should he pass away?

Maybe. There are not enough facts to state whether they will be able undo what their father has done.
