Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kansas

Is my moms will still valid since she moved from Ks. to Ca.

My mom a single woman moved from Kansas where she executed a will in 1999 to California now in 2007. Is this will still valid or do we need a new one since she moved? All her plans and decisions are the same.
