Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kansas
My mother died and left no will,
I understand a determination of heirs,or decent has to be filed. Do I have to list all nine family members.

You have to list and serve all of the decedent's children, and the children oor suviving spouse of those children of the decedent that are not now alive. You need to state whether they died before or after your father.
